FRIDAY SOCIAL EVENT
Pop Culture Party
In 1972, the television show Emergency! started airing. In 1974, the regional council EMSI was formed. In 1988, the EMS Update conferences were developed. That is a lot to celebrate in EMS this year! Come hang out with your peers and come dressed as your favorite pop culture icon from the 1970s or 1980s. Grand Ball Room doors open at 9pm; the party goes until midnight. Join our DJ and dance the night away. Soft drinks are free (courtesy of EMSI); beer is available at a reduced price, wine and mixed drinks are available at bar prices. If you are registered for courses on Friday, you will receive a ticket for this event. Additional tickets can be purchased at the Conference Registration area until 5:30pm on Friday. You must be 21 or older to attend, and have a ticket, as per Pennsylvania law. Additional tickets can be purchased prior to the event and at the door as they last.

EMSI hopes that all attendees have an enjoyable time at this social event held on Friday March 23, 2012. Conference participants should consider their fellow attendees and exhibit professional behavior during the weekend. Seven Springs Resort reserves the right to remove people from the resort with no possibility of a refund. The social event is for registered students and their guests only. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone.

As per Pennsylvania law, only those persons 21 years of age and older are permitted to join us at the Friday event in the Grand Ball Room. Identification will be checked at the door and throughout the evening.

To receive a complimentary ticket to the Friday night social event, you must register and attend classes on Friday.

Additional social event tickets ($10/person) will be available for purchase in Stag Pass during registration hours until sold out.

Note that lost tickets for social events WILL NOT BE REPLACED. There are also no refunds for tickets to the social events.

Note: Seven Springs security will check all identification at the social events and all entertainment venues at the resort. Attendees must show proper identification to be permitted entrance. Seven Springs prosecutes those people misrepresenting themselves or producing false and/or altered identification. Undercover security agents monitor the social events for persons buying and supplying alcohol for minors. No liquor may be brought into the resort, including the parties.

An admission ticket is mandatory to enter the Friday night social event. Preference for the limited number of tickets available is given to those registered for classes. Due to fire marshal regulations, only a limited number of tickets are available for sale.

Admission to this event is managed and controlled by Western Regional EMS Inc.

Please note that ticket prices to the social events are now $10/night. This increase in price is needed for additional security staff. There is no charge for the Friday Family Fun Event!

Seven Springs currently has entertainment scheduled for both the Matterhorn Lounge and the Foggy Goggle for Saturday March 24, 2012. We encourage you to attend these venues and have a great time. The Grand Ball Room will not be open on Saturday night.
