We reserve the right to cancel a session due to insufficient enroll‐ ment. Par cipants will be no fied if a session is canceled and given the opportunity to enroll in a different session. Faculty biographies, session tles and session descrip ons are provided by faculty and are subject to change. Course handouts are placed on the official EMS update website, www.emsupdate.com, when, and if faculty provide. Addi onal informa on on each faculty member can be found at www.emsupdate.com Registra on received without payment will be returned without processing. We cannot accept purchase orders. All or part of this educa onal program may be tax deduc ble; please check with your tax advisor/ consultant. Register ONLINE @ emsupdate.com or use the registra on form on page 23 of this brochure. Each a endee must register. Registra on, along with the proper fees, should be completed prior to March 14, 2018. If you register online, please do not mail the form. We cannot accept personal checks a er March 14 or at the conference. We do permit on-site registra on. When arriving at the resort, please check in at the Conference Registra on Area, located near the Grand Ball Room. You can obtain your name badge, registra on packet and receive in- forma on on the exhibitors and con nuing educa on. You can also get needed receipts at this me. Tui on for EMS Update 2018 includes (for each day registered): con nuing educa on cred‐ it, refreshment breaks, and our All You Can Eat lunch buffet. Tui on does not include hotel accommoda ons and/or ac vity fees at Seven Springs. Please note that lost lunch ckets WILL NOT be replaced. Exhibitors may have special events that require a cket and/or admission fee. Spouses, guests and children do not have to register unless they plan to a end classes. The Family Movie Nights, and admission to Exhibit Hall, are free. Addi onal ckets for the All-You-Can-Eat lunch buffets (featuring hot prepared items) are available and can be purchased on-site for $20/person/day.
